Turkish Airlines TK2223 Flight Lost Laptop Issue
On January 24, 2024, I left my laptop along with its bag and charger in the overhead compartment of my seat on Turkish Airlines flight TK2223. I reported the loss to Turkish Airlines' lost and found department on the same day with all the necessary details and images. However, the next day I was informed that the item could not be found, and the case was closed. When I contacted them, they stated that they did not take responsibility. Even after creating a new record, the case was closed within a few hours, again citing that the item could not be found. I am having difficulty understanding how a laptop on Turkish Airlines' aircraft cannot be located. If it cannot be found, this situation means a loss for me. I want to express my grievance regarding the quick closure of the case with swift responses and the lack of responsibility without a thorough investigation.
