Turkish Airlines Ticket Price Issue: Excessive Fees for Rebooking

Despite reporting the complaint below twice to their complaint department, they didn't even bother to explain, simply saying 'there's nothing to be done.' I've been a Turkish Airlines passenger for nearly 40 years, and this is too much. I had an open ticket, and when I wanted to use it for the same route, they charged me an additional 70 USD + 140 USD + the ticket price (₺19168)! I had already paid ₺19168, and now I had to pay 70 USD + 140 USD and another ₺12-13000 to use the open ticket?! What kind of system is this, what kind of trade, isn't it very strange? I wrote feedback, and since I couldn't use this ticket due to lack of time, I bought a new ticket by paying ₺15118. The ticket number I purchased is 2352225481055. Same route, same city, Istanbul-Brussels. How can I explain this situation to my customer who will pay for this ticket? After paying 70 + 140 USD to use the open ticket (which is understandable and logical), they should have refunded me the ticket price difference of ₺4000, but instead, they asked for another ₺12-13000. How do you explain this? The ticket difference is not much, it's less! I can't explain this. If you have a logical explanation, please write it to me in English, and I will convey your response to my customer. I fly very frequently, and I can use the open ticket on a route where the new ticket price is not much higher because I can explain the 70 + 140 USD difference. Either provide me with a written explanation or allow me to use the ticket under the conditions I mentioned. Otherwise, I will be in a difficult position with my customers as I cannot explain this situation. I await your response.
