After insisting, the representative began explaining the ticket change procedure in a tone unworthy of Turkish Airlines' brand and quoted a new ticket price of ₺2,300. The current sale price of the ticket is ₺2,000, yet I was quoted ₺2,300 and was pressured to end the call. I request that this situation be investigated and appropriate action be taken.
