Turkish Airlines Ticket Change Issue and Customer Service Attitude and High Price
On 10.05.2023, I contacted customer relations at 15:27 to request a change to my flight ticket. They informed me that I would need to pay an additional ₺1,300. I ended the call to transfer money to my account and called back at 16:34. This time, they told me that I could not change the ticket and should contact the agency. I mentioned that I have been doing this for years and travel frequently, so this is a regular occurrence for me. After insisting, the representative began explaining the ticket change procedure in a tone unworthy of Turkish Airlines' brand and quoted a new ticket price of ₺2,300. The current sale price of the ticket is ₺2,000, yet I was quoted ₺2,300 and was pressured to end the call. I request that this situation be investigated and appropriate action be taken.
