Turkish Airlines Ticket Usage Issue

A year ago, I had an open ticket with Turkish Airlines (expiry date: 10.07.2024 23:59). Today was the last day to use it. I tried to purchase a ticket at the Turkish Airlines ticket counter at Istanbul Airport. The staff said, 'Your transaction cannot be completed. There is a technical issue.' They advised me to call customer service to resolve it. I called customer service at 17:07. They tried to help but couldn't resolve the issue and asked me to write a feedback petition. I wrote the feedback petition and called customer service again. They informed me that my request was accepted. After some time, I called customer service again. These processes are not simple; you listen to the automated system for 2 hours, get redirected, and then the customer representative said, 'Your petition has not been recorded.' So, the petition was recorded again from the beginning and sent to the relevant department. After a certain period, I called again, and the representative said that my transaction was not recorded. It was a constant stalling tactic. Finally, I called at 23:02, and they said there was still an issue. Another petition was written, and a note was made. They warned me to follow up via email as it was an urgent petition. Seeing that time was running out, I called customer service again. They said, 'Your transaction is pending in the system and will be sent to you via email,' and the time expired. The email arrived at 01:08. The absurdity of the situation was evident in the message they sent. As a result, they did everything they could to prevent me from using my ticket.
