Turkish Airlines Service Quality and Inconvenience

On October 14, 2023, I purchased two Hatay-Istanbul tickets for November 29, 2023, from THY's own website to catch my Istanbul-New York flight on November 30, 2023. I paid extra for tickets that I could cancel/change in case of any issues.
On October 16, I received an email and an SMS stating that my tickets were canceled. I had to call and resolve the issue caused by them myself. I called and got my refund. It seems it was too much trouble for someone from the company to call and ask what I wanted to do about the canceled flight.
I sent feedback to the company expressing my dissatisfaction. Instead of apologizing, their response stated that they couldn't find another connecting flight for me. They talk as if they are the only airline in the world and I must book my connecting flight with them.
They have poor customer service. Even Sudan Airways probably provides better service.
