I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for the Sabiha Gokcen-Hamburg flight on April 11. However, I later realized that I had made an error in the date. I contacted THY to explain my situation and requested the cancellation of the ticket and a refund.
They informed me that it was not possible to refund the ticket, and only the tax portion could be refunded. I provided feedback and explained my situation again, requesting a resolution to the issue, as I would be greatly inconvenienced otherwise. They responded that the ticket could only be refunded if I purchased another ticket for the same route. I explained that this was not possible as I would not be able to travel and reiterated my request for a refund, but received a negative response.
