Turkish Airlines Flight Issue and Lack of Assistance

On 10.04.2023, I purchased a THY flight ticket from Istanbul to Ordu-Giresun Airport. Due to weather conditions, the plane couldn't land at the designated point and we were diverted to Trabzon Airport. We were told that our inconvenience would be resolved, but we were left waiting outside in the cold evening while they claimed to be arranging a bus for us in 5 minutes. After filing a complaint, I approached the Turkish Airlines contact point at the airport and explained the situation. I asked if it would be okay to travel on my own, and the official assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Based on this, I decided to travel to the planned destination using my own vehicle. The THY representative informed me that my expenses would be reimbursed upon presenting the receipts. I made the expenses and kept the receipts. Later, I submitted a feedback to THY and sent my expense receipts. Initially, THY did not accept the receipts, stating that they needed an invoice. I explained that the receipts had monetary value and that no other invoice was provided. Despite spending out of my own pocket, I was informed that only a portion of the expenses would be reimbursed. I made these expenses based on the verbal assurance from the airport representative that my inconvenience would be addressed, but I ended up being inconvenienced.

On 11/04/2024, the plane ticket I purchased for Istanbul Giresun Ordu airport landed at Trabzon airport due to weather conditions. This situation was unforeseeable, but the measures taken were not sufficient. When I received information about the matter from THY employees, they stated that I could go to the city I wanted to go to again at my own expense and that all the expenses I incurred would be reimbursed provided that they were invoiced. However, I was informed that I had to report my travel expenses to THY later and that only 1/4 of them would be covered, which has caused me distress. The amount to be paid has not been paid for approximately 2 months, continuing my distress. I would like to state that I should have been informed in advance that the cost of one ticket would be paid and that this would be calculated at the lowest fare.
