Turkish Airlines Delayed Refund Process for 3 Months
THY changed the aircraft, so I couldn't sit in the two extra legroom seats I purchased. When I requested a refund in October 2023, they only responded on January 3, 2024. It's a very busy company, and they don't care about you at all. After 9 days of email exchanges, on January 12, they sent an email saying, 'We will refund ₺382, do you approve? If you don't respond, we can't proceed.' I replied within an hour, accepting the refund. However, despite my previous three emails being delivered without issue, this one supposedly didn't reach them. On January 17, I received a response saying, 'You didn't respond within the given time, so we are canceling the process.' You have no ethics, you are extremely slow, and even though the mistake is yours, you continue to make things difficult for three months.
