I Need Konami To Return My Account Before The End Of September

I have been playing eFootball Mobile by Konami and on 1 September 2026 my account was hacked without my approval. Since that date I have completely lost access to my account and I cannot log in or use my team anymore. I urgently need Konami to investigate my account, check the email address that was recently changed, and verify that I am the real owner. I contacted Konami through another account and submitted my issue, but I have not received any response until now. I request that my original eFootball Mobile account be restored to me as soon as possible, and that the email and login details changed by the hacker be reset so that I can securely access my team again.
