Turkish Airlines Ticket Cancellation and Refund Issue

On 12.02.2023, I purchased tickets for two people for Istanbul-Adana and Konya-Istanbul flights. I canceled the tickets for my guest passenger. I called the call center and was directed to cancel through the app. I canceled my guest passenger's tickets via the mobile app. A message appeared stating that the refund would be credited to my card within 2-7 business days. I agreed. Later, my ticket remained while my guest passenger's tickets were removed. No refund was credited to my card, and my feedback yielded no results.
In summary, I called the call center again today and finally got an answer after 5 attempts. My Istanbul-Adana ticket was put on hold, and when I wanted to cancel it, they offered me a small amount, which I did not accept. For my Konya-Istanbul ticket, my guest passenger missed the flight, but another passenger was sitting in my guest passenger's seat (the ticket was sold).
Note: After canceling both tickets, the seats appeared empty on the app.
