Turkish Airlines Seat Selection Issue for International Flight - Family Separated

For our international flight on August 22, we booked tickets on July 18 and paid approximately $120 USD to select seats for three people. However, despite having accumulated miles, we haven't been able to use them to purchase flights or even to select seats. On August 13, I decided to check our seat selections while browsing Turkish Airlines' additional services. To my surprise, I discovered that my spouse, child, and I had been scattered across different areas of the plane.This situation could lead to significant inconvenience, especially on a transoceanic flight.
