Turkish Airlines Ruined My Honeymoon with Lost Luggage!

On 09.09.2023, my spouse and I flew from Diyarbakir to Dalaman via Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen on the 09:05 flight. We are a honeymoon couple. Upon arriving in Dalaman, we were shocked to learn that our two suitcases had not been sent from Diyarbakir. Our honeymoon started very badly from the first day. Aside from the clothes we were wearing, we had nothing with us, not even a phone charger. We were extremely stressed! We filed a complaint form in the lost items section. Additionally, I called THY's call center and told them they were responsible for all the expenses we would incur. However, they told me that due to procedure, they could only provide a daily limit of ₺150. Are you kidding me? Of course, if you are the reason for my inconvenience, you must cover the expenses I incur. Because we didn't have our luggage, we had to spend money on clothes and also arrived at the hotel after 7 PM due to THY, wasting our entire day. I demand immediate compensation for the one-day cost for two people at the hotel and the expenses we incurred. Also, our luggage still hasn't arrived?! You ruined my honeymoon! I am urgently awaiting a response from the authorities.
