Missha Power Black Sunscreen Caused Breakouts on My Skin

I purchased two bottles of Missha Power Black Sunscreen from Trendyol after reading numerous positive customer reviews and trusting the product's reputation. However, after using the sunscreen for approximately one week, I began experiencing significant skin problems. I developed numerous breakouts, particularly on my chin, with additional acne appearing on my forehead, leaving my skin in much worse condition than before.

Because of this reaction, I have completely stopped using the product. I am extremely disappointed with its performance and can no longer continue using it. Although my return period has now expired, I do not believe I should bear the consequences of a product that caused such an adverse reaction after normal use.

Based on my personal experience, this product did not perform as expected and was not suitable for my skin. I therefore cannot recommend it.

I respectfully request that Trendyol and Missha review my case and, despite the expiration of the standard return period, consider the circumstances of this product-related skin reaction. I ask that my complaint be evaluated fairly and that the full purchase price be refunded as a resolution to the inconvenience and skin problems I experienced.
