Hotpoint Ariston Washing Machine Makes Loud Noise and Severe Vibrations

My Hotpoint Ariston washing machine was purchased approximately seven to eight years ago and operated without any problems during that time. However, for the past four to five months, it has started making extremely loud noises and vibrating heavily during wash cycles, almost like an airplane taking off. The machine shakes so violently that it causes items placed on top of it to fall.

I live in Yeşilyurt, Tokat, and the technician I called to inspect the machine told me that the drum bearings had completely failed and that the appliance could no longer be repaired. As a result, the washing machine has become unusable. When I tried calling the customer service number listed on the machine, I was unable to reach a representative. I was kept on hold repeatedly and never received any meaningful assistance. Until this failure occurred, the machine had never required service or repairs.

Although the warranty expired years ago, I am very disappointed that a product which worked reliably for so many years has suddenly become unusable and that I have been unable to obtain support from customer service. I request that my washing machine be repaired free of charge as a goodwill solution. If that is not possible, I ask that you offer me a substantial discount on one of your most affordable new washing machines, including installation, and provide me with a clear response regarding how this issue will be resolved.
