A'pieu Pure Block Tone-Up Sun Cushion Ran Out Far Too Quickly Under Normal Use
On May 5, 2026, I purchased the A'pieu Pure Block Tone-Up Sun Cushion from the Missha Türkiye official seller on Hepsiburada. The product was delivered to me on May 8, 2026.
After receiving the product, I used it very sparingly—no more than three times per week—and always with care. Whether I was in Gaziantep or my hometown of Şanlıurfa, my usage frequency remained the same. Despite this light and consistent use, the product was almost completely depleted by early June. As of June 11, there was so little product remaining that the puff could barely pick up any product from the container.
Considering the typical lifespan of cosmetic products and the size of this cushion, it is highly unusual for it to be nearly empty after such a short period of light use. This raises concerns that the package may not have contained the advertised amount of product or that there may have been a packaging defect, such as premature drying or excessive product loss.
Under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, I believe that a product which does not provide the advertised quantity or expected performance should be considered defective. My Hepsiburada order number is 4042771751.
I respectfully request that Missha Türkiye and Hepsiburada investigate this product to determine whether it is defective. If the product is found not to meet the advertised quantity or expected performance, I request a full refund of the purchase price as an appropriate resolution.
