Missha Sent Me a Defective Makeup Fixer and Offered No Practical Solution

I purchased the Fix Me Make-Up Fixer directly from Missha's M Club website under Order No. 2000131074. I placed the order on Saturday and received it today. Within the same hour of delivery, I discovered that the spray mechanism was completely defective and did not work at all. As soon as I noticed the problem, I contacted customer support and sent a video clearly demonstrating that the product was unusable.

During my WhatsApp conversation with customer support, I was informed that the issue appeared to be a manufacturing defect. Despite acknowledging this, I was instructed to package the product myself and personally take it to the courier company designated by Missha for inspection and the return process.

I ordered this product online specifically because I did not have the time to visit stores. Requiring me to spend additional time returning a product that arrived defective has only increased my inconvenience. My concern is not simply obtaining a refund—it is the lack of a practical, prompt, and customer-focused solution despite an obvious manufacturing defect.

I purchased this product because I needed it urgently and was planning to use it within two days. However, I was offered no expedited replacement, no temporary solution, and no compensation for the inconvenience. Instead, I was repeatedly told that if I wanted any resolution, I would have to take the defective item to the courier myself. After waiting all day for support, my issue remains unresolved, I still do not know when any refund would be processed, and I have been left without the product when I need it most.

I respectfully request that Missha immediately send me a new, fully functional replacement product without requiring me to pay any additional shipping costs or endure a lengthy return process. I also ask that the time I have lost and the inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product be taken into account, and that this matter be resolved in a fair, customer-oriented manner.
