Hotpoint Ariston WMF903 Washing Machine Turns On and Off by Itself

My Hotpoint Ariston WMF903 washing machine started malfunctioning last night. Even though the machine is simply plugged into the power outlet, it repeatedly turns itself on and off without any input. If I unplug it, the problem stops. When I press and hold the power button, the machine shuts off, but after a short time it powers itself back on again.

I am experiencing this issue at my home in Süleymanpaşa, Tekirdağ, and I have been unable to find an authorized or qualified service provider in my area. Although the appliance is no longer under warranty, I still expect assistance from the manufacturer in resolving this issue. I request that a service technician be sent to my address to diagnose the problem, repair the machine on-site if possible, or, if it cannot be repaired, provide a permanent solution such as replacing the faulty component or, if necessary, replacing the appliance.
