Revolut Account Security Concern Due to Unauthorized Contact Details
Until two days ago, I was able to access my Revolut account without any issues. However, I am now completely locked out and cannot log in under any circumstances.
The account was created in my name using my personal identification documents, but it was set up by a friend using their own email address and phone number. As a result, the contact details associated with the account do not belong to me, and I no longer have any control over or access to the account. This situation has raised serious concerns about the security of my personal information and the account itself.
Because this Revolut account was opened using my identity but is linked to contact information that is not mine and is no longer under my control, I respectfully request that the account be permanently closed immediately. I also ask that the account be disabled so that it cannot be used further for security reasons.
I reported this issue to Revolut by email yesterday, but I have not yet received any response. Given the potential security implications, I kindly request that this matter be treated as urgent. Please investigate the account promptly, permanently close it, and provide me with written confirmation once the closure has been completed.
