Missha Candy Glossy Tint Went Bad Before Its 12-Month Shelf Life
On September 18, 2025, I purchased Missha Candy Glossy Tint 03 Permission from the Missha Türkiye official seller on Trendyol for approximately $7. The product was delivered on September 20, 2025.
Although the product packaging states that it has a 12-month period after opening, I recently discovered that it had already deteriorated before reaching 10 months of use. The lip tint has developed a strong sour and extremely unpleasant odor, making it clearly unsuitable and unsafe to use.
A cosmetic product becoming unusable well before the stated usage period is both a health concern and a significant disappointment as a consumer. I expected the product to remain stable and usable throughout its indicated lifespan when stored and used under normal conditions.
For this reason, I respectfully request a full refund of the approximately $7 that I paid for the Missha Candy Glossy Tint 03 Permission. I also ask that the product be examined to determine whether there is a manufacturing, formulation, or quality control issue that may have caused it to spoil prematurely.
