Turkish Airlines Rejected My Refund Despite the Proof
On February 4, 2023, I purchased two round-trip tickets (Brussels-Istanbul and Istanbul-Kahramanmaraş); however, due to weather conditions, only the Istanbul flight took place, and the tickets were canceled. I have contacted Turkish Airlines over 20 times, explaining the situation and filling out the refund request form, but it has not been accepted in any way. A few weeks after purchasing the tickets, I had to change my bank card, and despite repeatedly sending documents showing both the old and new bank card numbers and my bank details, I have not received a positive response yet. When I call Turkish Airlines, I am told that I can request from the branch in my area; however, there is no customer service branch in Paris where I reside, despite repeatedly stating this, the customer representative always delivers the same message.
