Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Request
On February 4, 2023, I purchased two round-trip tickets (Brussels-Istanbul and Istanbul-Kahramanmaras); however, due to weather conditions, only the Istanbul flight took place, and the tickets were canceled. Since then, I have called Turkish Airlines more than 20 times to explain the situation and filled out the refund request form, but it has not been accepted in any way. A few weeks after purchasing the tickets, I had to change my bank card, and despite sending the document showing both the old and new bank card numbers and my bank details multiple times, I have not received a positive response yet. When I call Turkish Airlines, I am told that I can request a refund from the branch in my area; however, there is no customer-accessible branch in Paris where I can make such a request. Despite explaining this situation multiple times, the customer representative keeps conveying the same message.
