Turkish Airlines' Refund Was Not Fully Credited to My Account!
I had purchased a round-trip flight ticket from Ankara to Malatya with Turkish Airlines for New Year's. However, the outbound flight was canceled twice, so I couldn't go and requested a refund. The refund amount was credited to my account partially. I then filed a request for the missing amount and received a refund voucher. On 12.01.2024, I created another request to have the refund voucher credited to my account. They said it would be resolved within 14 days, but there was no response. When I called customer service, they said the request couldn't be completed because bank account details and ID information were not included, and I needed to create a new request with these documents. I mentioned that I was not informed about needing to include these earlier, but I created a new request with the necessary documents on 14.02.2024. Again, they said it would be resolved within 14 days, but still no response. When I call customer service, they keep stalling by saying it has been forwarded to the relevant department. They are causing inconvenience by failing to complete such a simple process. I urgently want this issue resolved.
