Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage and Hasn't Compensated for 2 Months
On December 28th, I flew from Ashgabat to Izmir with Turkish Airlines, and my luggage arrived damaged. I noticed the damage and immediately reported it to the Turkish Airlines service desk at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport. They gave me a code and instructed me to create a file and contact them via email.
I created the file and uploaded the necessary documents. I was told that a refund for the damaged luggage would be processed within 5-7 days. However, despite 2 months passing, Turkish Airlines has not issued my refund. They claim the refund is being processed through insurance.
This situation has exacerbated my distress. I felt embarrassed in front of others due to the borrowed luggage and couldn't pay my debt. Your false promises have caused me significant harm, and I now demand compensation for my loss.
It is unacceptable for such a large company to mistreat its customers in this way. My file number is 2023301443.
