Turkish Airlines Lost My Cabin Baggage on Flight TK1984

On August 3, 2023, I boarded the THY flight TK1984 from London to Istanbul at 22:10 with my cabin-sized luggage. Due to a lack of space for bags, I asked the flight attendants for assistance. They informed me there was no space left on the plane and that they needed to place my luggage in the cargo hold. I declined because my bag contained important personal items and I was traveling with cabin luggage for this reason. Additionally, I had a connecting flight, TK2310, to Izmir. They then searched for space on the plane and said they would check the business class area. After some time, without my consent and without informing me, they handed me a manual baggage tag and took my luggage to the cargo hold. Unfortunately, when I arrived at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, my cabin baggage did not arrive. I reported the lost item to THY, but I still have not received any information about my luggage. The same situation applies to my friend, S** S**, who was traveling with me. They registered his baggage under my name, and his luggage was also lost.
It is impossible to describe my current distress and the importance of the items in my luggage. I urgently request that my luggage and its contents be found and delivered to me in good condition. Additionally, on Monday, I will initiate legal proceedings for both material and moral compensation due to this situation and the unauthorized handling of my luggage by the London flight personnel. Ultimately, the THY flight attendants are responsible for taking my cabin luggage without my consent and its subsequent loss.
