Miniso Bare Bears Bottle Shrinkage
Today I purchased a We Bare Bears bottle from Miniso in Milton Keynes. After bringing it home, I sterilised it in boiling water by submerging it as I usually do with bottles, and after this process the bottle visibly shrank and deformed. I was not warned on the product or at the store that normal bottle sterilisation with boiling water would cause this kind of damage, and I believe the product is not suitable for its intended use in this condition. I kindly request a full refund for this defective bottle and, in addition, a proper replacement with a bottle that can safely withstand standard sterilising in boiling water, or another suitable solution you can offer.
