Unauthorized PayPal Charge From Hint Needs a Refund

I recently discovered that an amount of 29 was withdrawn from my PayPal account by a company or app called “Hint” on 10 July. I have never knowingly used or signed up for any service under this name, and I did not authorize this payment in any way. This charge appeared without any prior notice, explanation, or consent from me. I do not know what this app or service is, have never used it before, and did not agree to any subscription or purchase. I request that this unauthorized payment of 29 be fully refunded to my PayPal account as soon as possible and that any existing subscription or recurring payment linked to “Hint” be cancelled immediately so that no further money is taken from me.
