Complaint On Umingle Unjustifiable Banning

I have been banned again on Umingle without violating any of the platform rules, and I would like this situation to be reviewed and my account unbanned. My current ban ID is 9ca6856c, and this latest ban started about two days ago and is still active. Yesterday the ban reason shown was “explicit message,” and now it says “gender searching.” I did not send any explicit messages, I did not harass anyone, and I did not intentionally break any rule related to gender searching. Despite this, I am repeatedly banned, and each time the reason seems inconsistent and unclear. On the ban screen I also see an “Instant Unban” option asking for payment in Philippine Pesos. I find it unfair and worrying that I am asked to pay money to remove a ban that I believe is unjustified and based on a wrong or automated decision. I request that my ban with ID 9ca6856c be investigated in detail, that the chat logs and any reports about me be checked carefully, and that my account be unbanned without any payment if no real violation is found. I also ask for a clear explanation of why I was banned with such different reasons so that I can continue using the platform without fear of being unfairly banned again.
