Turkish Airlines Lost Baggage Report Ignored—No Delivery Update
On 27 March 2026, I flew with Turkish Airlines from Bremen to Kigali with a connection in Istanbul, on flights TK1332 (Bremen–Istanbul) and TK0606 (Istanbul–Kigali). I checked in my baggage at Bremen Airport, and I was supposed to collect it on arrival at Kigali International Airport, but my baggage did not arrive. I reported the problem at the airport, and a file was created with the reference number KGLTK18741. I was informed that I could expect to receive my baggage on 30 March at 2 a.m., but this commitment was not fulfilled, and I still have not received my baggage or been given clear information about its current status. I request that my baggage be located and delivered to me urgently at my address in Kigali, and that I be informed clearly and in writing about the status and expected delivery time. I also expect Turkish Airlines to assess and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused by this delay.
