Turkish Airlines Lost and Delayed My Baggage on TK606, Suitcase Arrived Damaged

I travelled with Turkish Airlines on flight TK 606 from Frankfurt Main Airport, Germany, to Entebbe International Airport, Uganda, on 03/12/2025. Upon arrival in Entebbe, none of my baggage was delivered on time, and all of my bags were delayed. I only received my baggage on 05/12/2025, two days after my arrival, which caused me serious inconvenience. When I finally received my baggage, I discovered that one of my suitcases had broken wheels. I immediately reported the issue at Entebbe Airport, and a Property Irregularity Report was created with the reference number EBBTK19717/05DEC25/1539GMT. Because I still need this suitcase for my upcoming travel back to my home country, Nigeria, I kindly request a replacement of the damaged suitcase. I expect Turkish Airlines to take responsibility for the delay and the damage caused to my baggage and to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
