Turkish Airlines Izmir to Istanbul Flight Check-In Issue

I tried to complete the online check-in for THY flight TK 2313 from Izmir to Istanbul scheduled for April 28 at 10:45 AM via the https://www.turkishairlines.com website a day before, but the site gave an error. The next day, 40 minutes before the flight, I attempted to check in at the same time as another gentleman, but while he was allowed, I was denied. I was forced to buy a ticket for the 12:00 PM flight by paying a penalty of ₺1800. If there is a rule that check-in must be done 45 minutes before the flight, then the gentleman also violated this rule, so why was he allowed on the plane? Moreover, if there hadn't been a site issue, I could have completed the online check-in and boarded my flight on time, which makes THY partly responsible. Additionally, I was not served a meal on the 12:00 PM flight. The cabin crew quickly served sandwiches and said that no drink service would be provided as the plane was about to land. I was sitting in the emergency exit row, and they told me there were no sandwiches left for me and walked away. You can ask the lady sitting next to me; she experienced the same thing. Frankly, I found this uncharacteristic of a company like THY, which is known for its meal service. I was not satisfied with my flight. I also tried to send a complaint email to your site, but it gave an error again. Please take some time to address the issues with your website as well.
