Turkish Airlines Issued a Travel Voucher Instead of a Refund—Now Refusing My Refund
I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines, but my flight was canceled due to weather conditions. Following this, I requested a full refund, but instead of processing my request, Turkish Airlines issued a travel voucher without my consent.
Since I have no way to use this voucher, I contacted customer service again to request my rightful refund. However, I was told, "Since a travel voucher has been issued, we can no longer process a refund." This is completely unfair—I never agreed to a travel voucher in the first place!
How can such a large airline mishandle a simple refund process like this? Turkish Airlines, process my refund immediately! Has anyone else experienced this issue?
My grievance continues and is not being resolved in any way.
