Turkish Airlines Forcedly Wanted to Define a Gift Voucher Instead of My Open Ticket
I could not use the ticket I had previously purchased from Turkish Airlines due to the earthquake. My ticket was suspended for this reason. Although I wanted to use it several times after it was suspended, I could not use the ticket due to incorrect information provided by customer services. Later, upon the complaint I filed, customer services returned to me and justified me due to the records they listened to and extended the right to use my ticket for another year. However, although I want to use my ticket, there is neither a return from the customer departments nor an interlocutor. Although they told me that I was entitled to a ticket, they want to force me to use a gift voucher, even though I stated that I want to use my ticket instead of a gift voucher. Moreover, they are trying to do this by force. They both define a ticket and then give up and define a gift voucher. The customer department doesn't even deign to communicate.
