I purchased tickets for 3 consecutive flights with Turkish Airlines through Booking.com. All the tickets have the same PNR code 'vwhraw'. I entered my first and last name correctly on Booking.com, and the confirmation email I received showed my name correctly. However, when I tried to check in 1 day before the flight, I received a PNR and last name mismatch warning and contacted Turkish Airlines customer service. I discovered by chance that my last name was entered incorrectly, and these are international tickets. I filled out a feedback form to resolve the issue. Turkish Airlines said it would be resolved, but later they responded negatively, stating that the issue needs to be corrected by Booking.com. I also contacted Booking.com, and they said Turkish Airlines needs to correct it. I urgently want this issue to be resolved. It needs to be resolved very urgently. Very urgent.
