I Experienced Inconvenience Due To the Lack of Support of Turkish Airlines On Name Change

I wanted to buy round-trip domestic tickets from Turkish Airlines for my spouse and child. While purchasing the tickets through the mobile app, I accidentally selected my name and my child's name and completed the transaction. This happened because the names are not displayed on the payment page, so there is no chance to verify them. Five minutes after buying the tickets, I realized the mistake and called customer service. They told me I needed to submit feedback for a name change. I submitted the feedback twice, but both were rejected. As a result, they did not allow a name change even for my immediate family member (my spouse). This situation has caused inconvenience for my family. I had to buy another ticket for my spouse. The ticket in my name is now wasted... Will your conscience allow you to resell it to someone else? What kind of strict rule is this? Can you provide me with a logical explanation? I could understand if it was for a third person. I bought the ticket and then sold it to someone else. But this is my spouse, a member of the same family, and I even uploaded their ID photo in the feedback. My feedback numbers are TK-9718848 and TK-9721578.
