Turkish Airlines Inconvenience with Carry-On Luggage

At Istanbul Airport, during the security check, I handed over my deodorant, hair spray, and perfume from my bag to the staff. The staff mentioned that if I checked in my luggage, I could take these items back into my bag. Due to urgency, I said they could dispose of them.
When I arrived at the gate for the flight, I was told that I could not place my bag in the overhead compartment due to the crowd. I informed the staff about my urgency, the fact that I had discarded my items for this reason, and that I wanted to place my bag in the overhead compartment. Ten minutes later, another staff member came, put a tag on my bag, and said they would take it while boarding and return it when deplaning. They took my bag. When I got off the plane, I was told that I could collect my bag from the baggage claim area along with other passengers' luggage, which resulted in a delay of about half an hour. As a result, I experienced an inconvenience that I did not deserve and unfortunately encountered false statements from the staff. Because when I boarded the plane, the overhead compartments were sufficiently empty. I wanted to fill out this complaint form due to the staff's indifference and false statements. Best regards.
