Damaged Suitcase and Rude Staff on Turkish Airlines Flight TK2708

On June 1, 2024, I was a passenger in seat 10D on flight TK2708 from Istanbul Airport to Erzurum, scheduled at 16:05. During boarding, TGS staff member M***** A** A****** informed me that the plane was full and that carry-on luggage needed to be checked in. I explained that my suitcase was delicate and light-colored, and I did not want to check it in for this reason. He assured me that my suitcase would be wrapped and would not be damaged. Upon boarding, I noticed that all overhead bins were empty and other passengers had boarded with their carry-on luggage. I have photos as evidence. I called the same TGS staff member with the help of a flight attendant, and he came inside the plane. I reiterated that I wanted my suitcase back and did not want it checked in. He again assured me that my suitcase would be wrapped and would not be damaged. He even asked if I knew better than him. He shouted at me to complain wherever I wanted and was very relaxed about it. He seemed certain that complaints wouldn't lead to anything. I took his name. Later, a flight attendant named I*** also shouted at me to complain wherever I wanted. I am also complaining about her. At Erzurum Airport, I received my suitcase scratched, damaged, and dirty. It had not been wrapped at all. If I had been informed about the plane being full before boarding, I would have wrapped my suitcase in plastic, and it wouldn't have been damaged. Additionally, I took photos of the empty overhead bins after the flight. I informed the airport staff about the situation and my desire to file a complaint, but they said there was no TGS service at Erzurum Airport and could not take my complaint. I am complaining about the Istanbul TGS staff member (M***** A** A******) who gave me false and incorrect information, causing me financial loss. I request necessary actions to be taken and compensation for my damages. I also want you to know that I will share this situation on all social media platforms. In these expensive times, I cannot remain silent about the damage done to me. Have a good day.
