Turkish Airlines Forced to Pay Extra to Sit with My Toddler
I have a flight scheduled for tomorrow with my daughter who is not even two and a half years old. The seats assigned to us have an aisle separating us. When I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service, they told me that I could pay for seat selection to change this illogical arrangement. As if it isn't unreasonable enough to separate a two-and-a-half-year-old child from her mother, why am I also forced to pay extra for seat selection? I urgently request action and feedback regarding my complaint.
