At Adana Sakirpasa Airport, we were boarded for a scheduled flight but had to disembark due to adverse weather conditions. Turkish Airlines informed us that the flight would depart in 2 hours and that we would be updated. While waiting inside the airport, the flight took off without any announcements or information, and we were told that we could not board the plane, with our luggage left outside. Despite being told the delay would be 2 hours and being present at the airport, we were not allowed to board. Sakirpasa Airport lacks an announcement system and flight information screens for passenger updates. The air conditioning is inadequate. I request that my complaints regarding the shortcomings and negligence at Sakirpasa Airport and the operational issues of Turkish Airlines be communicated to the relevant authorities and that the problems be resolved.
