Worst Flight Experience With Turkish Airlines

I boarded the TK7147 flight from Diyarbakir to Ankara on November 4th at 21:40, but we were only allowed to board at 22:00. We were kept waiting inside the plane for almost 2 hours. Considering the time we finally took off, the flight was delayed by 2 hours, yet no hot or cold beverages were offered as stated in passenger rights. The captain did not provide proper information; although he was speaking, no sound was coming through. All passengers mentioned this, but it was not fixed. Despite waiting for such a long time, your cabin crew did not serve any food or drinks during the flight, forcing us to remain hungry for hours. I was with my spouse. I suffer from hypoglycemia, and by the time the plane landed, my blood sugar had dropped to the point of fainting. Your captain also made very sharp turns and landed the plane very harshly. I have years of flight experience, and this was the worst flight journey I have ever experienced. I boarded the plane at 22:00 and could only disembark at 01:00. More than the money I paid, I feel sorry for the ordeal I went through.
