I boarded the TK7147 flight from Diyarbakir to Ankara on November 4th at 21:40, but we were only allowed to board at 22:...00. We were kept waiting inside the plane for almost 2 hours. Considering the time we finally took off, the flight was delayed by 2 hours, yet no hot or cold beverages were offered
