On November 1, 2023, the Turkish Airlines flight (TK7153) scheduled to depart at 18:05 experienced multiple system failures, resulting in three delays and finally departure at 22:30. Consequently, our connecting flight to Trabzon (TK7066) via Ankara Esenboğa Airport was canceled. We landed in Ankara around midnight with no alternative flights available. Turkish Airlines took hours to arrange a hotel for the stranded passengers. We waited for hours, standing, hoping for a resolution. Eventually, at around 01:30 AM, we were rebooked on the 06:25 AM flight to Rize Artvin (TK988352) and spent the night at the airport. Upon arrival at Rize Artvin Airport, we had to take a taxi. None of our grievances were addressed. While waiting at Ankara Airport for hours, hungry and thirsty, we had to insist on getting a meal voucher. We were utterly disappointed. I sincerely believe that if this had happened with another airline, I might not have been as shocked. Turkish Airlines has let us down and caused both financial and emotional distress. I urgently request compensation for our losses. You should not treat people this way.
