Tesla Mobile Connector Order Returned by Customs Twice
On August 10, I ordered a Mobile Connector through Tesla’s official website for delivery to my address in Istanbul, with the shipment originating from the Netherlands. My order was initially shipped, but it was later returned by customs. I was then told that it would be urgently reshipped, but the second shipment was also returned by customs. I was subsequently informed that the product could not be delivered to me and that the only option available was a refund.
This process took approximately one month, and in the end, I neither received the product nor was I provided with a clear and reliable solution. During my conversations with customer service, I was told that if I placed another order, the same issue could happen again and that the product could once again be returned by customs. For a brand like Tesla to have such an uncertain and unreliable shipping process to Turkey, leaving customers who place an order waiting and wondering whether their product will actually arrive, is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I would expect from Tesla.
I currently need this product to charge my vehicle at home, but I am unable to do so because Tesla has failed to deliver it, leaving me significantly inconvenienced. My order number is YNND7VMFH5. I request that Tesla clarify its shipping process to Turkey, ensure that the Mobile Connector is delivered to me without further customs issues, and provide a permanent solution to prevent this problem from happening again.
