I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Flight Delay by Turkish Airlines

I was scheduled to travel from Izmir to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK2333 at 18:55 on 15.11.2023. However, without any apology, the agency from which we purchased the tickets informed us that the flight was canceled and we were moved to the 21:10 flight. We arrived at the airport 4 hours early. Since there were three of us, we decided to rest in the CIP lounge, but we had to pay an additional fee for one person, and the flight was delayed again. Although the boarding time was 21:35, we were kept waiting for 15 minutes. When the plane finally arrived in Istanbul, we stayed inside the plane for another half hour. We only managed to get home around midnight. I am very disappointed with Turkish Airlines for causing us such inconvenience without any apology.
