Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Poor Communication

Turkish Airlines caused another inconvenience on my return from vacation. On 27.08.2023, I learned that my 16:55 flight to Vienna from Ankara Esenboga Airport, gate 115, was delayed to 17:20. While waiting at gate 115, I noticed the time had passed, and upon inquiry, I was told the gate number had changed and the plane had already departed without any announcement or information given to me. I was left stranded for hours with my child. The most puzzling part is that although I missed the flight, my luggage was not loaded onto the plane. I had to go down to the lost and found office to retrieve my bags. I am determined to resolve this issue and will do everything in my power to get compensation. Enough is enough; I will not allow them to profit from people's inconvenience. I have already submitted my complaints and petitions to the necessary authorities.
