Turkish Airlines Flight Change Issue on Ankara-Athens Route

On 29/06/2024, due to a 1-hour delay of flight TK2193 from Ankara to Istanbul, Turkish Airlines (THY) officials anticipated that I would miss my connecting flight TK1843 from Istanbul to Athens. Without my request, they issued a ticket for the next flight TK1849. When I asked what would happen if I made it on time, I was told that the ticket would still be valid for flight TK1843 and that an official would meet me at Istanbul Airport to assist me.
Despite the delay, the flight, which was estimated to depart at 05:45, took off earlier. Upon landing, no one was there to assist me, contrary to what was promised. While there was staff available for San Francisco passengers, the same attention was not given to the Athens flight. Even so, I explained the situation to the staff at gate F13 before boarding was completed. They contacted the THY official to let me board, but the THY officials claimed that the ticket change was at my request.
Due to the delay caused by THY, I was stranded at Istanbul Airport for nearly 6 hours, causing a significant disruption to my travel plans, which were scheduled to have me in Athens by 9:00. There was no effort from any official to compensate for this issue, and they falsely claimed that the ticket change was my request. Additionally, flight TK1843 from Istanbul to Athens departed at 07:58 with a half-hour delay, and there was no valid reason for not allowing me to board.
