Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation Without Notice
Months ago, I purchased a Turkish Airlines flight ticket, which was canceled just a week before our trip without any explanation or apology. We learned about this cancellation through a simple message. If I had found out at the airport during the flight time, I would have definitely taken out my frustration on customer service. This is a company that offers poor conditions, where even the employees are not happy. It turns people's vacation plans into a nightmare. Currently, I have very different wishes for the owner, general manager, and executives because we can't find any flight tickets anywhere. Buy tickets from other airlines, but never from this company. Don't be misled by the word 'Turkish' in its name. It is a company that should be ashamed and remove the word 'Turkish' from its name. Boycott Turkish Airlines and never let them make money.
