Turkish Airlines Applies Unfair Ticket Cancelation Rules

Recently, I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines, but when I tried to change the flight time, it was not allowed. When I tried to cancel the ticket, the cancellation fee was exorbitantly high, much higher than 10-20-30%, which would have been understandable. I had not received any service for the ticket yet and the cancellation fee was almost "slightly" low, only 386 TL out of the total cost of 3100 TL. Staggeringly, if I had mistakenly selected the wrong date or time, my loss would have been an unreasonable amount of 2800 TL. Turkish Airlines needs to review and revise its cancellation policy carefully, like this it's just making things hard for the customers.
