Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation Issue

I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines for a domestic flight. 20 minutes later, I wanted to cancel the ticket. They said the cancellation request could not be processed because they couldn't access my account. However, when they were withdrawing money from my account while purchasing the ticket, everything worked perfectly. Anyway, I spoke with customer service and everyone else, but no response since this morning. They do everything they can to deduct money. You don't let me board the plane 30 minutes before takeoff, and the plane, which was supposed to take off at 25 past the hour, takes off at 45 past. I am the one who is being inconvenienced, yet you come up with thousands of reasons to make deductions. When a state institution does this, private companies never do. I have canceled many times before, and this is the first time I am experiencing such an issue. Please ensure that my refund from Turkish Airlines is processed without any deductions. This issue is entirely due to a problem in your system. I didn't cancel the next day; I canceled 30 minutes later.
