On 31.01.2024, I completed the Turkish Airlines ticket refund process and requested that the refund amount of ₺9,931.17 be credited to my TK Wallet. However, in the email I received, the refund method was listed as a credit card (attached file). When I checked my account statement, I saw that no refund had been made (attached account statement). Additionally, when I checked my TK Wallet, I noticed that the refund had not been processed and the balance was zero (TK Wallet transaction history attached).
I reported this issue a month ago and have provided feedback several times! However, Turkish Airlines customer service still insists that the refund has been processed and asks me to check my TK Wallet. The ticket refund has not been received, and I am at a loss for what to write in my feedback anymore! They claim the refund has been made, but I have not received any money.
