Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation and Poor Customer Service Experience

Hello, unfortunately, we couldn't find anyone at Turkish Airlines who understood our issue and was solution-oriented. It seems like they have given phones to inexperienced staff without proper training. Even an AI could perform better in analyzing the situation. Our flight coded SPT4PC, scheduled for August 19th at 12:00 PM from Hatay, was canceled on the morning of the flight at 6:00 AM. We had to rebook through ticket management, but no other flights from Hatay were available. We reluctantly rescheduled for August 22nd, Tuesday at 12:00 PM. At the same time, Turkish Airlines informed us via SMS that the canceled flight was rescheduled to August 19th at 3:30 PM from Adana. Although it still caused inconvenience, updating the flight to Adana today would have been more suitable because I know you will change the Tuesday flight to Adana as well. We tried to communicate our urgent request and explain that the error was on Turkish Airlines' part and couldn't be dismissed with a simple 'you used your one right'. They forced us to submit feedback online, and when the website gave an error, they manually created the record. So, there was no need to delay the process by an hour! But the lack of understanding doesn't end here. Despite wanting to join the 3:30 PM flight today, if an urgent call can't be returned within 4-5 hours, it's a shame. How is this the most corporate and global company in Turkey? Let's call it a global joke. On our June 19th flight, you changed Istanbul-Hatay to Adana without providing any ground services. A 1.5-hour trip took 6 hours. We had to use more vehicles and spent more money. I submitted feedback, and you responded with an email saying I couldn't provide feedback. I am the guardian of the children, yet you lack the intelligence to understand this. It's nothing but a nerve-wracking experience. From now on, I will use any alternative to Turkish Airlines. I won't praise, feel proud, or even apply for job postings. I am disgusted.
